Nice apartment and perfect location.

Gdańsk is amazing! I love it. The Location is great! Very central and quiet at the same time. The light colours of the interior design are smooth. The apartment has everything necessary if you are out all day and need to take a shower and relax at a central point. The price is fair for the accommodation.

I never thought I would write in this section, but there's a first time for everything (and hopefully the last). The check-in was quite late at 16:00, which I wasn’t aware of before booking—possibly my mistake, I’m not sure. Unfortunately, the communication with the host was poor and not very understanding. I asked if I could leave my luggage somewhere or if they could at least suggest a public locker. Their response? “Check Google” — which I had already done. Not the most welcoming start. About the cleanliness... The floor wasn’t spotless, and the pillows smelled and clearly hadn’t been washed. I reached out about it, and they played the “lost in translation” card, so I even translated my message into Polish — but still no response. I tried calling multiple times and only got through once, when they told me to send a message (which I already had). After my stay, I needed an invoice. Again — no reply. I had to go through customer support in the end. Gdańsk itself and its people are wonderful! Don’t let this experience stop you from visiting the city.

I did like the location and appartment is nice for the price.

The door lock to the apartment was broken and very loose—so much so that with just a slight push, someone could have easily forced the door open. However, there was an additional door before reaching the apartment itself. This outer door, which led to a small shared corridor providing access to my apartment and a another one, was functioning properly and offered some level of security.

State of this property is horrendous. *Toilet leaking constantly leaving bathroom floor wet *state of the bathroom- not good, mould next to shower room, dirty tiles inside the shower room, loads of iron on the shower drain. Stained floor tiles and walls. Needs a proper clean! *furniture very very dirty, instead of cleaning it they covered it with some stinky blankets. * walls all cracked with plaster coming off the walls * not working floor lamp * missing mirror from bedroom (still shown on pictures) * missing coat hangers * wall mount for the folding chair was missing it’s part and it was coming off the wall * broken wine glass - still left inside the cabinet to use * check in 4pm and checkout 10am - a lot shorter stay compared to other apartments
