It was spacious, looking good and very well located.

Nothing to complain about!

The apartment had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a real plus. The beds were comfortable and there was a washer and place to hang up the clothes to dry. Also, the location was close to everything.

I had no complains.

Excellent location, very roomy, very secure.

The place needs a bit of basic maintenance .Door lock is stiff, handle hard to turn, some lights not working, fan in bathroom not working etc.

It was very well situated. Spar shop next door, pub adjacent. plenty of places to eat in walking distance. Plenty of hot water. Good tv, and very warm. Place as very clean. Quiet at night but very close to most amenities. We dined out three times, once at an Italian that was actually Italian with real Italians running it. Also twice at the Pipers Tryst, where the food and staff were excellent.

Some details about local stuff that was up to date would have helped, and perhaps a little bit of tlc and maintenance, would improve stuff, (door lock and wc flushing)

Location was good. The apartment was spacious for two couples. We were a 15- 20 minute walk to the Glasgow Central Train Station with our bags in tow and 15 min to Queen Street train station. George Square was about the same which is where you can get on the hop on - hop off bus tour. There is a small Spar - grocery store just outside the building as well as a deli and a small friendly pub where we enjoyed an afternoon beverage or two after sightseeing. Larger grocery stores Sainsbury Local or Tesco Express were within 10 minute walk toward town. The bigger grocery store like M+S, Tesco Extra or Aldi. Lots of coffee shops / restaurants close by within 15-20 minute walk. Overall it suited our needs but it would not have been hard to have much of this information in the unit as it was we figured it out on our own.

Upon arrival in to Glasgow we attempted calling as we were asked to but we did not get a call back until 2 hours after. Would have been nice to get a person and not an answering machine or a quick call back so we could plan. There was only one set of keys which was a bit of a hassle if the couples were off to different sights. The locks on the apartment need to be fixed. The dead bolt often does not catch and the inside handle comes off. The skeleton lock worked but was clunky and there was a chain for security? Although the apartment spacious there were small things missing that could have made it so much nicer. Information on the area/ neighborhood grocery stores / recommendations, how the recycling worked, garbage, cleaning products like a broom, dust pan, etc. When we stay in a place we like to treat it like our own and clean when necessary. There was no coffee pot or Coffee press to use, no tea towels or paper towels to clean up with, no oven mitts, simple utensils like wooden spoons, serving spoons, large salad bowl, etc - generally small things that are not expensive but would go along way. All in all we still had a very good time and with a few of these minor fixes would make this a very good place to base a stay in Glasgow.

Nice smelling fluffy towels Nice smelling bedding and comfy beds Plenty of room Staff prompt and helpful Lovely and clean Good WIFI connection Felt safe. Low noise. Some tea coffee and sugar left for us.

Just a couple of little suggestions. The hinges of all the doors could do with some WD40 as could the front door lock. No kitchen towel to dry pots or oven gloves; They would have been handy.
