Family & Group Comfort 4 Rooms Suite at Vivacity LV10

Good location. Easy check in & check out. Walking distance to vivacity mall (just go downstairs). Have all the basic amenities and facilities in the house (washer, kitchen, heater etc)

A bit dusty. Aircond vent in the hall requires cleaning as it full of dust. No bedroom light for bedroom near the entrance. Double bedroom near hall need to change the bed as its already flattened. Less pillows in each bedroom.

The location was great! It had been styled well with pleasant colour scheme. Good access to lobby, car park and waste room. Reasonably clean bedrooms and comfortable beds, linen and towels. Good instructions and directions to the keys and accesses. Host was responsive and when asked for, got bathmats and extra pillows (back issues). Host also warned us about damage by previous tenant, and we declined to the offer to repair during our visit.

Both bathrooms lacking in cleanliness and in need of maintenance. Missing some bathroom amenities, kitchen dishwashing liquid, fresh dish sponges, tea towels and microwave. Kitchen could have an update to replace chipped and cracked cups. Supposedly were complimentary refreshments but didn’t find them. Couch and rug could do with a steam clean. Supplied some laundry detergent but no other cleaning products. Had to clean upon arrival so that was not ideal.

apparently, my fam and I were supposed to stay at this unit but they reallocated us to the other unit since it was already booked by others. I just feel disappointed because first, we didn’t get to stay at the unit that we wanted and secondly, the information they provided regarding to the new unit was confusing and unorganised :(((

Very run down room and toilet. The floor was oily and sticky. The toilet smelly. Worse apartment I ever stayed.
