A localização é excelente!

O AP precisa de manutenção. Está com portas quebradas - nenhum delas fecha e todas descascando. Ar condicionado e eletrodomésticos velhos. Não tem lençol para se cobrir. Toalhas estavam com cheiro de barata.

Localização boa, perto de farmácia, mercado, restaurante. O apartamento é bem dividido

A limpeza ficou a desejar Sanduicheira guardada suja, lixo da pia sujo e com mal cheiro, a cama não tinha lençol de baixo, o banheiro não tinha toalha de mão e do box. Achei garrafas de cerveja de baixo da cama e outras coisas. Armários e guarda roupas imundo tb Comuniquei o proprietário e só fui respondida 2 dias depois onde me entregou 1 lençol e cobertor (eu dormia com ar condicionado ligado de tão quente que era). Não recomendo por esse motivo. Eu precisei comprar roupas de cama e banho não tive coragem de usar.
