In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of MYR 200 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Host met us with keys on arrival. very helpful throughout the stay. Always on the end of a whattsapp message without delay. The location was about a 10 min Grab ride from the waterfront and Grabs were available within 5 mins of ordering. The mall was convenient and had a health food store which sold gluten free products, which was convenient for my wife and Daughter who are both ceoliac.

The curtains in the property could do with renewing as they have mildew stains., but they were clean. Additional towels are required to allow for pool use and the towels provided in the room are very small. The pool only provides towels for hotel guests not apartment guests
