Apartment in Kutaisi Varlamishvili

Kutaisi is an old city. The apartment is in an older building. Expect nothing fancy. But the location is absolutely A WINNER! The host is always available via WhatsApp/Phone.

Very good location close to the market and everything.soviet era building.cheese shops and fantastic bakery on your feet.

The place is great! The apartment is comfortable! The host is amazing! :)

Location

When it came to the payment the owner wanted me to pay more then the price was on booking.com When I said that sorry but the booking price is different the owner told me I can pay less but under one condition - that I cancel my reservation so he wont pay a fee. I declined! And regarding to this I had to pay more money! The owner contacted me few weeks after my reservation to ask me if that was me who wrote a bad opinion which was totally inappropriate that I even had to block him!

The location is very central, close to the main square, good bus connection to the bus station. Bed is comfortable, there is a spacious balcony overlooking a church. The street is busy, but not too noisy.

Immediately after I handed over the rental to a cleaner, the landlord contacted me and asked me to cancel the booking so that he would not have to pay a referral fee to booking. I refused. It made an extremely unserious impression on me. On the first evening there was no hot water, it was apparently not checked before renting. Only on the second evening the problem was solved.

Good central location, balcony with a view on a big street art mural and the cathedral afar.

The shower was positioned over the toilet, and didn't function well. The sleeping couch was quite uncomfortable, but did it's job.

Apartment located in excellent place in the Heart - Center part of the Old Kutaisi! From 3 - 5 minutes on foot from Kutaisi Central Green market, Colchid fountain, Winery Khareba (Georgian Wine shop). In the Apartment are all facilities for tourists. From the Apartment balcony is beautiful view to Bagrati Cathedral! Very well equipped kitchen with all necessary for leaving, including Air conditioner, small TV, Gas stone, Refrigerator ett. Good Apartment Owner, who always can help to guests!

The bathroom needs a wooden base on floor in the shower part and the curtain to separate the toilet from shower!
