The apartment location is quite ok, it's almost in the city centre.

Unfortunately a lot of things: - we could not contact host after arriving, when finally did, it was hard to communicate, the host did not speak English - there was a misunderstanding with the apartment, we almost did not get the one we reserved, only smaller, it was hard to understand what was happening, as the host did not speak English - there is the kitchenette in the apartment, however very few dishes available, almost no cutlery - we needed to ask for additional toiler paper, only one roll was available for three people - the breakfast...... we do not eat much, but what we got was, well... surprising to say the least, four slices of bread, three fried eggs, four (why four??) sausages, few pieces of cucumber..... we read fabulous opinions about the breakfast from other people and the reality was.... poor, very poor

The house is as in the centre of kutaisi The room is as clean and modern it has also a small fridge and kitchen if u want to cook

Well the thing about the breakfast is… the host is making breakfast for y but if u asking me was really poor so don’t bet on it.. also the second day he couldn’t bring us the breakfast that was kinda included on the price (im saying that because i was booking hotel and apartments only with breakfast) We ve seen him only 30 secs when he bring us the first breakfast and he asked for the payment and then just left.. ive seen many comments about how friendly he is but im gonna disagree with that from my experience anw Another thing about the bathroom, i think he need to change some things on the shower the water pressure was low and he haven’t any shampoo..

The host was very respectful and friendly

Jakob was great. We also requested for a car hire, and he was actually driving us around. We had a special treat when he gave us a very personalized local experience by taking us to his village and giving us a private tour of his farm and wine making.

There wasn't anything not to like

Would be great to have more kitchen appliances for cooking and some tea/coffee and smaller snacks.
