booked this stay last minute and was at the property within half an hour, and everything was perfectly set up. David, the host, is honestly one of the best I’ve come across — very welcoming and thoughtful. The apartment had everything you could ask for: two rooms, two bathrooms, AC, a washing machine, ironing facilities, and all the essentials ready to use. The kitchen was stocked with basics like salt, sugar, tea, and utensils, which made things even easier. Overall, it was a really amazing stay -clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I would definitely stay here again if I travel back to Kutaisi. Highly recommended!

רחוב שקט במרחק הליכה קצר מכל מה שהיינו צריכים: מסעדות, מאפיות, בית מרקחת וסופר. הגירה נקיה מאוד ונעימה. יש חלל משותף שבו יכולנו לשבת כל המשפחה יחד והחדרים מרווחים ונוחים. בעל הבית לבבי מאוד. אם נהיה שוב באיזור - נחזור להתארח!

The apartment is very nice with huge garden view, and very clean and renovated. Owner is very courteous and was very understanding. Definitely I would stay in David's apartment whenever I visit Kutaisi again
