Die Lage ist toll. Der Ausblick auf die Berge und die Stille. Die Ausstattung und die Einrichtung war gut. Wenn nicht die Kosten und die Kälte hätte ich mehr Sterne gegeben, schade..

Es war extrem kalt und man konnte die Heizung nicht höher stellen. Mit kleinen Kindern war es echt unzumutbar. Preis-Leistung für eine Nacht finde ich extrem teuer. 60€ für eine Endreinigung für eine Nacht ist leider ziemlich hoch. Einmal Handtücher und Bettwäsche waschen und Müll rausbringen....

We were very disappointed with this accommodation. One day before arrival, we asked about the possibility of early check-in, but we were informed that the room would only be ready at 4:00 PM due to cleaning. When we arrived at the agreed time, the room was extremely cold, almost like a storage room. We were told that the room had been ventilated and that the heating would be turned on later. We even had to wait outside for the room to warm up. We were traveling with an elderly grandmother and politely asked several times if another room could be provided, as we were afraid of getting sick in such cold conditions and could not even comfortably take a shower. Instead of helping us, the host started raising her voice and told us to leave, saying she would “close the room” and that we should go find a hotel instead. In the end, we felt forced to leave and had to urgently search for another place to stay. Unfortunately, because it was already late in the evening, we were unable to quickly find another place to stay and effectively ended up left outside without accommodation. The host showed no willingness to compromise or help resolve the situation. At no point were we rude or raising our voices — we were only politely asking for help, especially because we were traveling with an elderly grandmother and were concerned about her health due to the extremely cold room. This attitude toward guests caused us a great deal of stress and completely ruined our experience

Günstig, ordentlich und sehr freundliche Betreiber

Das Wasser war manchmal etwas kalt und das Schlafsofa etwas unbequem aber aushaltbar. Zusätzlich kamen nochmal Kosten Vorort dazu ( nur 21€ ) , obwohl ich davor nochmal Nachgefragt hatte wie viel vor Ort beglichen werden muss. Hier könnte man diese kosten noch in den allgemeinen Preis dazurechnen.

Struttura carina ma fredda. Abbiamo chiesto di alzare il riscaldamento ci hanno sbattuto la porta in faccia, l’acqua della doccia era fredda. Sicuramente non ci ritorneremo
