USUSIt was really great experience, I stayed during the winter storm and was toasty the entire time, they supply you with a space heater for extra warmth, the bathroom was really beautiful, for a tiny space I felt extremely comfortable. The free laundry was a plus! Bring some warm up foods & snacks.
I didn’t like the check in times and check out times. The check in time was 5pm and they charge for early check in and the check out is 10am instead of 11am or 12 like most places.

I did not like the secret deposit through Cash app made me feel like a scam was happening
USNothing whatsoever. These guys are thieves literally. They intentionally hide the fact that they charge a 150$ deposit until AFTER you've already paid the non refundable reservation. So if you don't have the extra 150 and can't stay then looks like these crooks are keeping all the money and you get screwed.

The fact the people were nonchalant and wasn't concerned about the oversight on my part of having to have a additional $150 I asked about maybe a different location or something no recourse didn't care about refunding or anything
