Excellent location for visiting Knepp, Horsham and Leondardslee. Plenty of hiking trails around the surrounding countryside. Close to the pubs and shops of Southwater.

Peaceful and private location. Very well kept garden. Such a pretty cottage.

Mattresses were a bit saggy on the beds. Limited kitchen equipment for cooking. As with all self-catering places, there is nowhere to hang towels.

The cottage itself was in a beautiful location. Very quiet. Lovely conservatory area and kitchen. Very easy check in and instructions.

Not much. It was very well kitted out. Maybe the addition of salt and pepper as essential's? Also no cushions on the outdoor seating and so we could not use. Bathroom does not match the downstairs. Needs an update but otherwise all good.

The cottage is beautiful, a little querky but beautiful. The cottage is isolated and really very quiet. The kitchen was well provided for and with a xoop and general store only a couple of minutes away cooking for ourselves was easy. The cottage has good WiFi and smart TV and games console.

These are only minor niggles but the stairs in the cottage are steep and the stair gate was broken. With a 3 year old and 1 year old we thought that was an issue. Also no high chair. However for 3 nights was ok. But would recommend replacing the stair gate for the £30 a new one costs.
