Outside stairs from parking area were a fall hazard.

convenient location to Weirs, and other towns nearby

Location a bit run down, hallways dirty and until i provided room deoderizers the place had a smell.

Great location, water and a few goodies left in the fridge for us, apartment very nice.

Inside shared staircase could be redone without carpetting, The bathrooms need to be renovated as well as electricity for bedroom ceiling lights. That said, The apartment is clean and welcoming and we enjoyed our stay.

The location was great, East to walk down to the little village. The condo had everything we needed and then some. Perfect to have two bedrooms each with own bathroom!! Great for family and couples, friends weekend trip! Great peek-a-boo view of the lake, easy to drive to everything. The condo was very clean and better than anticipated!

Not much really, the outdoor stairs are being worked on, and were a little slippery in some locations with all the rain!

Convenient and quiet location with easy to access area attractions and 12 minutes to NH Bank Pavillon. Super clean unit and full of comfort amenities. The outdoor, enclosed space facing the lake is a nice bonus. Comfortable bedding and appreciate the variety of bath products and the homey decor.

Room darkening shades/blinds would have been nice for sleeping.

When it was time to go home. Total waste of money. Left 24 hours earlier that I paid for.

Started off terrible. After 3 hour ride could not open what he called a lock box with code he gave me. Had to call,him several times for help. This huge lock wrapped around the doorknob which makes it very hard to open the door when entering cause it can’t be removed. No cable, only one little tv in living room with about 7 channels. Would like a second tv in my bedroom although would not have mattered in this condo as there was no cable. uncomfortable furniture, very dull lighting, (bring a flashlight) no shade or blind in main window so at night people can see right in your condo. Nothing like the condos I rented at the village in the past and much cheaper than this place. Owner tells me condo is upgrading cable that’s why he didn’t have it. But I have been renting condos at the village since 1982 and have had cable every year there with a tv in living room and both bedrooms. Obviously he just doesn’t want to pay for cable. Wanted me to Sign in with Apple account to watch apple tv - well I don’t have an apple account. Be careful of wooden kitchen floor as there is a lip on floor that if you don’t remember you trip every time entering kitchen. And rug in one bedroom was sticking up at end which I tripped over - had to put my heavy suitcase on it.

Condo was very clean and you can’t beat the location.

The air conditioning units were effective, but very loud. It would be nice to see these upgraded to newer, quieter units. Also we didn’t have WiFi for the first half of our trip due to the cloud hack. While this wasn’t the host’s fault, it would have been nice to be offered a partial refund (~$50 or so) since we weren’t getting one of the amenities we were promised.

Condo was clean, spacious, great location! perfect for a family trip

I can't say enough good things about this place! Fantastic location, fabulous accommodations and an always rapid response from the owners. We will definitely be back.
