Alex Beach Apartment 33

The location and the view is great, especially the sunrise one.

On the weekend, the bar directly down the building plays music til midnight which is annoying if you want to have an early night.

I mostly liked the great location with the balcony overlooking Finikoudes beachfront promenade, surrounded by bars and restaurants and right across from the beach. I had business to do in Nicosia, which was no problem at all because the Intercity Bus stop was just a short walk away and there are buses going every hour between Finikoudes Beach and Solomou square in the center of Nicosia. Also, there is a taxi service and bus service to the airport right next to it. Very convenient!

Being right in the center of nightlife in Larnaca, of course there is live music nearby on the weekend, but I didn't mind.

The location is perfect, All the bars and restaurants just in front of the apartment, and there’s a beautiful sea view from the balcony. The host is wonderful and was very helpful with anything we needed! Thanks again Alex:)

I loved that the studio was so close to the beach and the balcony had the direct view of the sea. The communication with the hosts was excellent, and they were very helpful with all sorts of information. A pleasant surprise was that i could use a very nice gym for free.

Great location with lovely view. Lots of great bars, restaurants and taverns nearby as well as bakeries, ice cream shop, mini markets , clothes or jewellery shops or whatever shops you might look for. Just across the road from the beach well equipped. In the property everything was clean and in good working order. Alex and Martha are great hosts dealing with any requests or issues immediately and very efficient.

Nice sea view and pleasant landlady.

I understand noisier environment in the city center, but this was too much. Lift is scary even for the landlords, you get stuck inside easily if you don’t “help” the door to open. The bathroom was clean, but really old, not up to today’s standards.

Great location. Clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend it.

The little balcony with a full view of the sea was the best feature of this apartment, and the one I really appreciated. Across the street from the beach, on a street full of restaurants and cafes. The apartment was not very big but comfortable. Easy access to the airport with the bus stop right across the street. Another bus stop a few meters away, for buses to go all over Cyprus.

Being on the beachfront had a down side, of course. Fairly noisy until late at night. And then they happened to have the annual Larnaka marathon that Sunday, with the start line being right outside the building. So, it was extremely noisy from 6am that morning.
