The location.

The price was too high

Communication was good in the beggining, the owner wanted to help and explain everything. After a few days, he didn’t want to answer, we asked to get some new towels because of the smell and because they were dirty but the owner didn’t bother to answer for 4 days!!! One bad in the room was smelling bad and i almost forgot, the owner doesn’t tell you which room he’s giving you because on the booking app when we chose and pay for the apartment , it’s completely different apartment with one more bedroom. I wouldn’t recommend you to stay in this apartment if you are coming to Larnaca

The location is perfect 10 minutes for the seaside, 5 minutes for city center. parking is ok!

1. When we arrived we didn’t found normal things like salt, shampoo, and others. 2. the sofa was smell disgusting! like someone made pipi on it!!!! 3. few accesories like towels, spoons for 5 persons 4. difficult to found the location( but properties help with this) need to buy SIM card for phone

good location, close to supermarkets. walk to the beach 8-10 minutes. Bus from the airport goes right in front of the house.

The location, the apartment is in the center, and close to a supermaket and Finikoudes beach is at 10 min walk. Large space and nice room, big TV and a very nice patio with table and 2 chairs. Good items in the kitchen, good stove and oven. Confortable bed.

It wasn t perfectly clean. We found the sheet and the blanket in the closet, it did not seem very clean. I wonder if the sheet was changed. Anyway I washed it before to put it on the bed again. It wasn t any socket adapter for electricity. Luckily we had one. It was dusty in the room and the mop bucket wasn t clean.

It had a big balcony

It was dirty and there was dust everywhere,pans and kitchen supplies,plates were greasy and dirty, fridge had weird stains on it outside. On balcony the walls had footprints of shoes,microwave was so dirty i didnt want to use it,the owner told me to not flush the toilet papers and put it in the bin, the bathroom air ventilation fan had Soo much dust on it and it was loud,the shower glass was dirty you could see dirt on it.

Everything was perfect,apartmen is in city centre.Have parking.We are big family 6persons and we have so much fun and enjoj there.Thank you so much, for sure we will come again.
