Very dirty, honestly , we contacted them and waited the whole stay for the cleaning staff to pass by, but no one showed In addition to the ac leakage

The location. It’s close to the beach.

There was a black mold in the rooms!!! Bad smell. Leaking AC dripping water all over the table under. They called repairman who arrived and didnt even tell us, leaving us surprised and dressed inappropriately. They didnt communicate with us and refused to return money to us.

The check in hour was at 15:00 local time, I asked the property if we can check in earlier because we arrived around 11:00 local time, and they said if it would ne possible they will write us. We arrived at the property around 14:00 local time, and asked again if we can go on that hour, they’re answear was “give us some time”, and I gave it to them, at 15:50 local time the keys were not in the safe box, I wrote to the property and after 10 minutes they said that someone will come to bring us the key, the persons came after another 10-15 minutes and surprise, the apartment was not cleaned, they came to clean the apartament, which was empty since 11:00 local time, because the check out from previous persons was at 11. So they needed more time to do nothing, the lady that came to clean the apartment told us that they will need another 40-50 mins to clean the apartament, and I refused to stay because I lost all of my vacation day because of them, and when I told her that I will not stay to clean the room she was very rude and unprofessional and told me:” Ok, if you don’t agree with our conditions you can leave”. I will not reccomend this property to anyone, if you want to stay in the sun and to lose one of your vacation day because of them you can go here, otherwise stay away. The host was also very unprofessional and had a very rude attitude, when I asked for earlier check in they were very rude, but when they created a problem and were caught doing nothing in the apartment since check out time, they had the request to wait for their services and to accept their apologies.

Spacious app, close to center, all necessities, utilities in kitchen, all great! Recommend it!

A little noisy at night from the cars, but it's because of location I guess.

Not sure about breakfast part of the question. We didn't have breakfast included. Location is good. The apartment was clean and quiet during nights.

There was only 1 bed for 3 of us, and the sectional dining room sofa is not comfortable for sleeping. Additionally we were not provided the sleeping or the extra linen for the third person. I called the host and someone did bring only half of the necessities we needed. We were still missing the blanket, and the towel (which was brought to us but it was wet, probably not dried well so we returned it). Bathroom accessories were not in sufficient amount so we ended up buying more ourselves. Kitchen utensils (pots mainly) are very old and used - I would suggest renewing them. One wine glass was chipped. The dining room chairs are cheap quality and I was worried if I leaned too much the chair (plastic) would collapse (and I am average weight). Wifi didn't work until we called the host, then it was fixed. The window shades in the living room were visibly dirty.

the location of the apartment is ok.

the hot water situation. we got told about it but you have to wait longer for it. the place can benefit from a bit of renovation. the AC in the living room it's not working that well (in case you want to turn up the heat) because it can get a little chilly in the night. But the one in the bedroom is working fine.
