Dobra lokalizacja, bezpośrednio przy plaży.

Niewystarczające wskazówki dojazdu, brak komunikacji z zarządca apartamentu, cieknąca woda z sufitu w sypialni (prosto na poduszki), czego efektem byl brak prądu, grzyb na ścianie, brudne okna i podlogi, poluzowane krany w kuchni, brak cieplej wody.

דירה נוחה וחמודה קו ראשון לים. שני חדרי שינה וסלון. יש כל מה שצריך, אפילו מכונת כביסה, כלי מטבח, מקרר ותנור אובן.

Apartament ma świetną lokalizację, w spokojnej nowej części miasta, kilka kilometrów od lotniska, tuż przy plaży. Prezentowane zdjęcia są całkowicie zgodne z rzeczywistością. W lokalu jest wszystko czego potrzeba, zarezerwowane miejsce parkingowe jest dodatkowym plusem. Miłą niespodzianką jest poczęstunek powitalny. Zarządzający wysyła bardzo jasne instrukcje dotarcia, nie sposób nie trafić, opcja z kluczami w schowku bardzo wygodna. Polecam.

Przydałoby się lekkie odświeżenie lokalu, ale obecny stan w niczym nie przeszkadza.

Přímo na pláži, ubytování krásné a čisté, klidnější oblast na okraji města. Mimo sezonu super, během letních prázdnin bych tam nechtěla být, musí tam být hodně lidí.

Hostitelé slíbili láhev vína a nějaké drobnosti na první snídani, ale nic tam nebylo.

Location of property is fantastic for a young family or pretty much anyone really. Car rental, local restaurants, traditional and modern. Local minimart. Beach on doorstep. Mackenzie and Finikoudes walking distance if you can brave the heat. If you have a car there a plenty of parking spaces. It’s a very accessible area. Kastella beach where the apartment is located on is lovely. Shallow, clear, and has a beach bar plus local ice cream shops etc too.

The property is becoming tired. A new dinning table wouldn’t hurt. The shower needs attention. I pointed out the waste completely lifts off the shower tray to the host, which they seemed convinced that it was fine to be that way. It is such a lovely apartment, I expect it is always booked, so they should really invest a bit of money to tidy the place up and update furniture. The couch is very dirty and so are the pillows for it. Would it really cost that much to just add a couple of updates ? It’s not a cheap rent. Otherwise fab location and fab apartment, it’s just a shame it’s being left to get into a bit of a state. If it’s a premium rent, then the furniture and internal part of the property need to match.
