location was good

Roaches present Dirty shower curtain Dirty curtains with brown stain. Bath and bathroom sink stained and Dirty.

Simon was extremely helpful and available on WhatsApp immediately when needed. He stayed up late to help me enter property late at night. Property is clean, very conveniently located with all facilities including kitchen, air conditioning and hot water. It’s 5 minutes walk to Finkoudes beach. All shops are within 5-7 minutes walk. It’s only 10-15 minutes on taxi from airport but there’s also a bus which brings you to a stop less than 5 minutes from the property. Excellent value for money

Nothing to dislike but of course one can always make improvements to bathroom ware and settee in sitting room

Excellent location, close to the beach and restaurant area. Cheap price. Good a/c

You get what you pay for. The sofa has broken springs. The bed is very cheap and uncomfortable. The bath has a weak stream of water, a rusty trash can, a cheap toilet seat. The balcony is boiling hot, and you can't really sit there. Even if you could, you would just see the neighboring building

There were some more cleaning needed to be done in some places.

Not enough cutleries for 5 people. Might add paper towels in kitchen also.
