"Cheaply rennovated apartments. Everything done for maximum profit resulting in poor customer experie"

Location.

Everything in the apartment kept breaking. The boiler broke, the refrigerator was broken upon arrival and never repaired, the heaters broke. The bathroom had no heater and was always freezing.

The property was very nice and comfortable. It is exactly as it is in the pictures. The hoist’s communication was very good and precise. If l was going to return to Manresa l definitely would stay again.

The property did not have a kettle or toaster, only one wine glass! If you have mobility issues you would find it very difficult to get up to. We found g parking difficult, it was free but had to drive around to find a space.

The attention to detail

I woke up friday at 8am with noise from construction on the downstair, you could hear hammers and that was a little unpleasant, I'm used that in my country they only have permit to start that type of noise at 9am
