Luxury Apartment, near Pinikoudes beach

A spacious apartment with generous amenities, quiet, in a block close to the beach and promenade with restaurants (about 5 minutes walk). Mr. Sol is a very kind host and available for support and information. The description on booking.com is accurate and provides correct information.

There are some street works and some buildings under construction in the area, which are not noisy because there is not much work going on, but they do not offer a nice view. Fortunately we were not interested in admiring the surroundings from the balcony, and the areas of interest - the boulevard with the seafront and restaurants - are a few minutes walk away, which was wonderful.

The apartment was ideally situated for the town and the beach. The bus stop to Limassol and Nicosia was only 5 minutes walk away too

The apartment was roomy and very comfortable. Walking around the neighbourhood was simple once you got your bearings. Close to good food, shopping and the beach. Excellent cooking facilities in the apartment - but why would you ? You're on holidays ! I would certainly stay there again. Make sure you get a local map to find your way around as walking in the local area is much easier than transport due to all the one way streets.

There weren't really any negatives in the property. It provided what we required in our stay. There was a small issue in the bathroom, that I pointed out to the owner and he advised he would rectify.

Really needs updating the flat.. the mould everywhere..the main bathroom got really nasty marks, lots of not nessary stuff laying around from previous guests..bathroom towels like rough and old. .deffinetly not luxury apartment but it's OK if you staying just a few days but not recommend for holidays

The location is very central and you can walk to everything in less than 10 mins

Nothing everything was great
