Location was perfect as we had a concert in a piazza closeby and lovely restaurants.

It would be good to propose the best parking location. We ended near Esselunga which is over a 1km away by walk.

The host very helpful and gave us his own parking spot.

Very nice appartment in the heart of town, very friendly host who had everything prepared and wrote detailed information beforehand. Everything clean and even good Wi-Fi.

On Friday and Saturday night, there were lots of people chatting in the street below, so there was some noise for the people sleeping in the living room. Everything else was just perfect.

Perfect central location. Nice and spacious apartment. Clean comfortable and relaxing.

The property is huge! A real home from home which was fantastic for us staying with our 3 little ones. The air conditioning was fantastic and a real life saver in some serious heat! the beds were very comfortable and Luca was wonderful - leaving us milk and juice for the little ones made us feel very welcomed - could not recommend this lovely place enough! the location is also incredible - right in the middle of everything!

I could quite happily live there!!

This must be one of the most spectacularly designed holiday apartments I have ever stayed in. It is a huge apartment on the first floor of an old building right in the center of the old city of Mantova - spacious rooms, wooden floors, high ceilings (at least four meters). It has all been refurbished with a distinctively modern approach and I guess there is not a single corner that has not been thought about - the colours, the materials, the furniture, it all blends perfectly together. The master bathroom in the large bedroom stands out as a particular beauty. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is excellently equipped, everything is new and impeccably clean. Luca, the owner, is on site, very friendly and reliable. I recommend this place highly. The apartment has every comfort: dishwasher, washing machine, large TV, air condition. We loved our stay.

This is not a criticism (I don't have any), but a pointer for people who are sensitive to noise: Be aware of the fact that the apartment is located in a very busy street in the old city. It is a pedestrian zone, so there are no cars, but people will walk by talking and laughing way past midnight, and since the apartment is on the first floor, you cannot escape the noise they make. There are bars nearby and there is some sort of automaton café vis-a-vis, with vending machines giving out drinks 24/7. If you are part of the crowd enjoying the Italian summer nightlife, great. If you want to sleep instead, you will probably have to sleep with windows closed and the air condition on (which is quite noisy itself, however, as it is indoors). Again, this is not anything that is wrong with the place, it may just be an important piece of information for some.
