The apartment has everything for living. Has new furniture,is located in a rich area, the apartment is very clean and if you need assistance they answer immediately.

I would remove some furniture to have more space.

Location good ...convenient for airport bus and short walk to beach and 10 or 15 minutes to centre. small but good shop round the corner

A little difficult to get inside as it was dark when we arrived and hard to see the place where keys kept, though a light did come on when we were close up. Our torch was helpful .Key needed a bit of effort to open, but when we realised that it was fine.

Great location and the kitchen was well enough equipped. Bed was comfortable. Air con in the bedroom was great and plenty of hot water. The pool was nice for relaxing.

No blackout blinds in the bedroom and the pillows were ready for the bin. The apartment wasn't particularly clean, the tea towel was filthy and the washing up sponge was old. Would be nice to have a fresh one for each new arrival. No toilet roll was left, luckily I had a packet of tissues as I arrived at 1am.

Air coinditioning didn’t work properly, not enough kitchenware, the staff doesn’t quite understand english

-Air conditioners not working properly -Sheets and bedding covers not very clean.Some of them were smelly and some had rust stains -Sliding door on the shower cabin was broken -There was only one normal water drinking glass,all the others were wine or champagne glasses -No drying rack for dishes -Clothes drying rack was rusty -Ramp on parking area wasn't very smooth.Front bumper of the car was hitting on the ground while driving in or out of the building

This is a private apartment and needs upgrading for rental use. Communication with the owner via email was o.k. Apartment building is along the road from Airport bus (425) to Larnaca C. (also walking distance) and parallel to the walk along the sea to town or the other way to quiet MacKenzie beach. Neighbourhood supermarket Petros close by as well as the convenience store opposite around the corner where also bus 427 passes going to hospital and Metropolis Mall.

Arriving in a place without toiletpaper and defect toilet was unacceptable through fixed the next day. Bleach for toilet ! Roll curtain in bedroom also needed to be repaired, was down upon arrival. Front door lock difficult to open. General improvements : clean and more pillows on the beds, cushions on sofa as sitting leans back. Wifi worked well once code was discovered !

5 minutes walk to the beach.

Upon entering the apartment, it was immediately apparent that the cleanliness of the bed sheets and pillow covers was questionable. Additionally, there was only a half roll of toilet paper upon arrival, and despite requesting more, none was provided. Furthermore, there was a lack of shower gel and shampoo, and the shower room appeared to be dirty and outdated.
