Apartment Capella, Larnaca

Big and sunny balcony. Spacious apartment, well equipped. We were surprised positively cause other reviews scared us. Yes, the place could be cleaner, but it wasn't dirty, no bugs also. Maybe they deserve mark 9, but i give 10 because other reviews are not fair. We really enjoyed the place.

Sofa in living room is to narrow for sleeping, but we managed somehow. They could leave us small towels as well, we got only big ones.

only location and balcony is decent

just don’t buy it, cockroaches in the kitchen (we saw at least 5), fuses blew out and you need to restart them really often, need to wait ages for hot water if you want to take a shower, fridge, wardrobes stinks when you open them, unlucky worst experience in my life :(

only the area was great. Near the city center, near the must see objects.

this was the worst flat we have ever been before. We arrived late in the evening. The taxi driver didnt find the property. we called the owner for few times. Nobody meet us. But its ok... when we found the keys and went to the flat there were no electricity. When they repaired it, we saw lots of cockroaches everywhere: kitchen, shelves, even in the toaster... The owner said she didnt knew about it... The chairs in the kitchen were broken... There were no bedding in the second bedroom. The bed was broken, the chairs in the kitchen was broken too...

PRO: 1. A very simple check-in+ we had the apartment available earlier than the check-in hour 2. The location of the apartment is excelent 3. The apartment is very big, perfect for 5 persons 4. Althought we did not have a parking spot it was easy for us to find a place to leave our car 5. In the apartment we found 3 socket adapters which were very usefull for us :) 6. The price was very low for 3 nights (5 persons) 7. Wifi was good

CONS: 1. The apartment was poorly cleaned (dust, the bedsheets were cleaned but had stains on them, the fridge smelled, etc.) 2. We saw cockroaches in the apartment 3. We received only one toilet paper role for all the period we stayed and for 5 persons :) 4. We received only 4 towels for 5 persons (and no hand towel was left in the bathroom) 5. In the second night we did not have hot water at the shower 6. In the last night we were left without electricity 7. One bed was broken and the 2 couches were not extendable (as in the anouncement)

I really liked the location, cleanliness, comfort.
