Apartment in the center of Larnaca 2-3 min away from Finikoudes beach, even less from the main promenade. The apartment is well maintained and also allows for cooking light meals. Fadi is an excellent host was also very kind and welcoming, stayed in touch with us regarding our arrival, and responded quickly to whatever inquiry we had. He also offered us an airport transfer (to and from) for a reasonable fee.. As a welcome gift, the host left us wine and water, as well as crisps, tea, and instant coffee. Accessible to the sea and public transportation.. . Overall, it was a very positive experience, would definitely consider coming back.

Our host Fadi was great and friendly,p he arranged our early arrival at 09.00am instead of the usual 11.00am. Assisted with our luggage and gave us a very professional and detailed run through of all the facilities available to us within the apartment. It was perfectly situated, close to the beach (a couple of minutes walk) and town. Also very affordable. Perfect in every aspect.

Расположение: рядом с пляжем, ресторанами и кафе. Чистота! 10 из 10. Квартира полностью укомплектована всем необходимым на отдыхе! Есть балкон , где можно сушить пляжные принадлежности и посидеть ( вид с балкона не очень эстетичный, но это не вина хозяина и квартиры). Ночью нас не беспокоили шумы после 23:00-24:00.В Ларнаке идут дорожные работы в прилегающем районе . Шумно утром и немного днем. ( опять - таки не вина ни квартиры , ни хозяина) объездная дорога пролегла прямо мимо дома. Огромное спасибо за бутылку питьевой воды и вина! Это неимоверно приятный жест от хозяина!

Понравилось всё!!! Не критика, а чисто моменты для улучшения качества жизни туристов!!! Возможно заменить подушки? Хотя бы одну из двух предлагаемых для сна.. Может быть добавить на кухню мини гриль для тостов ( чтобы сделать плитки с сыром или разогреть сэндвичи) ? Эти ремарки абсолютно не влияют на нашу оценку!

supreme location, very close to the sea. The apartment was perfectly suited for the holiday, was well-equipped with modern facilities. Clean and comfortable. Super host which is highly recommended.
