Location, facilities, cleanness.

The property was so central and facilities plentiful and very clean. I couldn’t fault this property.

very close to the beach, the room is clean and most of your needs for cooking and etc. are there

it was so noisy during the night, there were many party people with loud music passing with their cars at high speed which made us wake up many nights

Great location close to the nightlife, nice food places, beach and all the action that goes on in Larnaca.

If you like to be in quiet sourroundings for a good nights sleep ask the owner for another appartment. This one is just above a busy street.

All was great: Fadi was very helpful and hospitable through all our stay. He checked our atrival and departure times, gave us a lift from and to airport, adjusted to our delayed flight, and gave us any advice on food and attractions. We felt we were well looked after. The appartment has a prime location 5 min walk to the beach, and right in the city centre.

A bit of noise of a busy street,as in a city centre, but it was fine hen all windows were closed.

Everything was very good, as it was stated on the website. Our host was kind, friendly and helpful. We had a good time and we would recommend it to our friends.

Nothing special.

The room is the same as on the photos. Everything’s is clear and useful. The manager is very helpful. Car rental is opposite the house. A lot of cafes nearby (use google maps for opening hours and rating). It takes about 3 minutes to go to the beach. So I recommend this apartment for your trips.

A very cosy apartment with a comfortable bed, inn the heart of the city. The thoughtful touches make the stay exceptional! Fadi is a wonderful host and went out of his way to ensure everything was in order when I arrived. Highly recommend this property.
