location was on point

no lifts (the walk from the parking to the flat was a downside), there was a power outage for more than a day, led to us ordering food from a fast food outlet and getting food poisoning. there were no solar lights or any facilities that catered for a power outage/load shedding. my kids also got sick after swimming in the ocean for an hour or 2 on one day.

Walking the steps was tiring we ended up not going to other places because we were tired

The beautiful sea views and the location - shops and restaurants were within walking distance.

The apartment was a total disappointment. It had a wet and moldy smell throughout our stay. It needs renovations to be done throughout especially the bathroom facilities. The toilets and shower area need to be upgraded. Everything seems old and outdated and I feel for the money that was spent, it was not worth it.

Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sea. The security is so good in Maragate 100%, it felt so safe, even sitting outside until early hours of the morning.

The flat needs alot of maintenance, however the Gentleman from Just Property was so understanding, very friendly and promised to address this to the owner.

steps to upper levels, no lifts. some door burglar guards are rusty. I had to use another room I didn’t book because a burglar guard key broke since it was rusty. Besides that the place was ok.
