Location.

The unit is in poor condition. Has a roach infestation. Cupboards are damp , full of mold. The toilet doesn't have a seat. the system doesn't work properly. Overall, it was very poor. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

The view from the unit is great but the balcony is not user friendly.

Condition of the unit is a safety hazard and very poorly maintained. Toilet broken/windows broken/poor electrical fittings/stove plates need replacement etc.
