Apartment Leipzig Zentrum mit Tiefgarage

Die Lage und die Tiefgarage haben uns gefallen. Naheliegende Einkaufsmölichkeiten.

Möbel sehr unbequem insbesondere die Stühle. Zusammengewürfeltes und zu wenig Geschirr und Besteck. Wohnung war unsauber.

Very spacious, comfortable apartment for family or friends. There is absolutely everything for your short or longer stay in Leipzig. Nice location, close to the old town, yet silent area. In addition, safe underground garage at no additional cost.

Nothing to mention.

The location of the apartment is great, very central and it is easy to get around. At least 3 supermarkets within easy walking distance from the place. The apartment is very spacious and the rooms out back very quiet. We were caught by a heatwave and ventilators were available. Not new or the best, but at least available. The instructions to enter the apartment were clear and easy. A washing machine was available and functional, a drying rack as well.

The biggest issue for us was the lacking cleanliness, especially as we had a just crawling baby with us. The apartment's carpet floor was filthy, we found beer caps and other things under furniture, the surfaces of tables and side tables were unclean, the towels had seen better days and some of the bed linen was torn. The kitchen is very small compared to the size of the apartment, cooking for 5 people was challenging, maybe less relevant if you don't cook or only for fewer people. The shower has a somewhat odd mechanism you have to turn on before showering for hot water and pumping waste water which is super noisy and not very efficient.

It is an unusually spacious apartment in a very nice location. Can accomodate a big family or two ))

Very central location, close to everything, parking was always available on the street, Netto supermarket close, pet friendly.
