The ease of access to the old town

The wifi coverage was poor. We had trouble getting into the place.

Really appreciated that tea and coffee were provided by our hosts. Plenty of towels and bedding for the sofa-bed. Good little air-con unit. All felt fresh.

It's a lovely apartment- really clean, modern and spacious. We would always prefer 2 pillows each, but that's being uber-picky. It will be too noisy for some, being next to the station and loud trams, and some won't like the 68-stair climb (no lift!) But we managed - closing the windows worked well (East facing so means sun comes in during a.m. anyway).

The place is exceptionally well located, just by the station. Lovely building and the flat is great - spacious and light.

We were only given one key initially, and after asking could only get 2 total. Considering there were 4 of us - 2 individuals and 1 couple - that was not enough as we didn't constantly want to stay together. Given that the flat is supposed to accommodate 6 people, presumably 3 couples, at least 2 keys as standard is essential. 3 really ought to be available. It's a minor thing as the flat is great and I'd still recommend it, but this really needs to be addressed when you're advertising the property for so many people.

The location is excellent within walking distance to the city center, zoo and even Red Bull Arena. The apartment was impeccably clean and the instructions for where to park long-term at the zoo was a great tip. The check-in was simple with keys stored at a nearby location in a lock box. All the linens were new and the hosts are generous with the amount of towels and toilet paper they left us for our stay.

The only downside is that the apartment does not have air conditioning and there is no safe. I would have also preferred another option for the pillows as they were extremely soft and not my type of pillow so if there were firmer pillows as an option in the closet that would have then made my stay perfect.

Not much. The rough road outside - not part of the accommodation!

Beds were very comfortable. The bathroom is really big and clean. Location of the appartment is near main city square so everything was easy to reach even by walk. All the information we needed about keyes and parking we received 7 days before trip.
