"A nice apartment for one or two people."

Clean, convenient, well appointed, big windows, on a quiet street.

The couch is not a comfortable sleeping place for an adult. The apartment should not be advertised as accommodating three adults.

"A place like home"

The apartment is located in a fantastic building. It’s comfortable, bright and beautiful. Very clean, well maintain and organized. The kitchen has everything, even though it’s small. Little things like hanger for jackets, an electrical box, candles and coffee are most appreciated.

It would be nice if the information in the folder was in English, too.
