This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Mont Blanc 30 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of ZAR 2000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.

I liked the location of this venue and the view is amazing

1. Bed linen were not up to the standard of the place we couldn't use them. 2. The person we were given number to call, sounded irritated. 3. R1500 that I had to pay on the side made me uncomfortable.

I like the fact that we were on top and we had balcony and the pool view.

Firstly when we got there the floor was very dirty. Secondly the gas stove is very dangerous we almost got burned twice. Thirdly the pool was dirty. Fourthly you must increase the hours for the last day it was too early for us to leave in the morning.

All was beyond expectations

Never recieved address to collect the keys had to go to the apartment only to go back for the keys. Called for directions andi the receptionist told me it was emailed, asked her to email again which she never did
