O apartamento é amplo e bem arejado, muito bem localizado. É um apartamento mais antigo, mas tem tudo que precisa.

Apenas uma dica: poderiam deixar material básico de limpeza, como uma esponja e detergente de lavar louças. Fora isso, tudo certo!
