Electricity outage for 2 days Low water pressure Little to no hot water

The bathroom is just too small can barely fit in there . The second bathroom has a tub could do with a stand in shower . And the fact that there are no proper fans for the unbearable heat . The ceiling fans are too old and dont do anything . Also if it had wifi .c

The sea view and ample space to move around as a family

That there was no complementary coffee,tea,sugar for the flat

I liked everything about the place

Great location and view, but no aircon and a bit noisy

Views were nice. Staff were friendly. we even booked a xtra night.

Please install aircons in premises as the fans do not accomodate the heat

We were moved into another apartment (511) prior to checking in as the original apartment booked had a leak. The communication on this was excellent. The accommodation is situated walking distance from the beach as well as ample different shops around for convenience. The apartment was equipped with all the necessities. Spotted dolphins throughout the weekend.

Description should state that separate to booking fees an additional refundable breakage fee is required to be paid which means having to do a separate payment with added transfer costs (did respond to agent with this feedback as well). The ensuite with the tub needs to have a shower curtain or some preventative method to stop water from spilling out due to tub having a hand shower. Some rechargeable lights should be added in the apartment for power outages/load shedding which we were unfortunate to have on that weekend. Noise regulations in the building is definitely not kept too, noisy neighbors went on well after 3am. Pool should be accessible 24 hours. Alot of steps getting up and down for anyone who doesn't read the description well. Carting stuff up and down is hard.
