The pool, beach and location was beautiful

The room in itself. Firstly, in the heart of summer the AC unit does not work. When I message the host she didn't even bother to respond. Secondly, the place is not maintained. The mosaic tiles in the bathroom are cracked, the jaggered end of the shower door pierced into the bottom of my husband's foot requiring him to get stitches. Furthermore, the fridge does not work nor does it cool. The kettle literally has things growing in it. The shower cubicle in the bathroom is so small it can only accommodate a child, not an adult. The windows could not close because they were broken. Overall, I felt the place was actually filthy and unkempt.

Stunning place with easy access to the private beach. Unit was clean on arrival. Had all the necessities required in the kitchen, however some maintenance is required in the unit.

The aircon was out of order which I reported to the host. Would have been nice if the host provided loo paper. The shower cubicle floor in the en-suite needs attention. TOILET pipe leaking which the host sorted out by sending a plumber. A daily cleaning service would be nice as well considering the rate per night charged. Looking at pass reviews, people have been complaining about the aircon not working and the en-suite shower cubicle floor that needs attention. Surely the property must be kept up to date with the regular maintenance. Also found no plug points in the 2nd bedroom. 1 Lamp shade not working in the main bedroom. The fan provided in the main bedroom was so rusty and was unable to rotate as it made a terrible "clicking" type sound which was unbearable. Owner needs to get all issues sorted.

Great location and facilities. On the beach, with private access. Tidal pool, friendly residents. Pool in complex with kids play area and club house. Close to all major shops and restaurants

Place needs some tlc ,mostly due to coastal location. Needs a good clean up cause every else was excellent, fishing, facilities, location 10/10.

The braai & pool area was good. The property was clean.

WiFi access not user-friendly

We were ad used last minute by the host that she had cancelled our booking due to place not been cleaned. Very unprofessional left us stranded. Thankfully booking.com gave us alternative accommodation
