FERN apartments

Very easy to find, easy check-in and check-out. Two steps from the city center, you absolutely don't need a car to move around. Many restaurants and shops nearby. They kindly let us stay in 2 hours more without any additional cost, which we appreciated a lot. The appartment is spacious and very clean, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need plus some basics for cooking (salt, oil, spices...). Completely quiet at night. We had a comfortable stay.

The radiators remained cold till the last morning, but once we started heating with AC, it was enough to keep the appartment warm. At arrival, I noticed that the main light in bedroom does not work, and asked the host to have it fixed, but during our stay this has not happened, so there was only some light from 2 bedlamps in the bedroom. We also had some problems with the drain in the shower cabin. The main entrance hall to the building is not very nice, but I understand this is not the host's responsibility.

Zentrale Lage in der Altstadt von Maribor. Sehr gepflegt, sauber und neu renoviert. Der Vermieter spricht fließend deutsch und ist überaus freundlich. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Da es in der Nähe an guten Restaurants nicht mangelt, haben wir sie jedoch kaum genutzt.

Nur eine Kleinigkeit: Das Sofa war unbequem, aber das ist vermutlich Geschmacksache…

Die Lage ist fantastisch! Wir haben das Appartment schon zum zweiten mal gebucht, da es mitten in der Stadt liegt und sehr gemütlich ist. Der freundliche Gastgeber ist gut erreichbar und die Appartments sind liebevoll eingerichtet. Einfach top!

Dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt, a zwłaszcza za zorganizowanie kartonu mleka dla naszego 3 latka w niedzielę kiedy wszystkie sklepy były zamknięte. W apartamencie było wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Idealna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania. Na prawdę warto :)
