Die Gastgeber sind sehr aufmerksam, die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet, sehr sauber und die Lage ist perfekt.

La proprietaria è stata molto gentile . L'appartamento spazioso, pulitissimo , cucina moderna completa di lavastoviglie. Letto comodo . Appartamento silenzioso. Piccolo terrazzo con vista della montagna ed anche un piccolo tavolo per fare colazione all esterno . Bagno spazioso con una bel box doccia.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war sehr gut Backofen und Spülmaschine top. Die Betten sehr weich

Wir waren im Juli da und die Temperaturen sanken auf 13° in der Woche. In der Wohnung war es kalt und feucht. In der Wohnung war nur eine Badewanne. Duschen war nicht möglich, weil es keinen Duschvorhang gab und die Brause auch nicht in der entsprechenden Höhe befestigt werden konnte. Die Küchenausstattung ist für Selbstversorger sehr dürftig die notwendigsten Sachen, zum Beispiel ein Schneidebrett, Messbecher oder Karaffe, haben wir von dem freundlichen Personal ohne Probleme erhalten. Da wir hier einen Wanderurlaub verbracht haben und häufig den Regen ausgesetzt waren, hat mir ein Wäscheständer sehr gefehlt. Diesen habe ich von dem Personal persönlich bekommen.

Nothing I didn’t like about the property. There were instructions for trash disposal in English, but perhaps it would be nice to have instructions for the microwave/convection oven as well. I understand those are common in Europe; however, not everyone traveling knows how to use them. Also, a small suggestion of placing hooks in the shower for hand towels or loofahs would be nice.

It is not a hotel. It is apartments owned by a good family. I thank Guido mothers very much Very friendly. The furniture is new. Everything you need is there, except for the iron and the washing machine. But you can wash and dry clothes in private facilities, 2 km away in the Gries area. The view of the village of Lermoos is very beautiful from the balcony of the apartment. There is a bus stop near the apartment, and they give you a guest card. You can use the bus and go anywhere, and near it is Sam’s restaurant. They are very good and their food is delicious. It is about a kilometer and 800 meters.
