A great stay. Food was very nice and ambience was absolutely fantastic. Staff was very cooperative. Staff helped us in checking in faster. Hi Tea was also a delight.

The only good thing about the property was that it was facing the valley and had good views. The rooftop restaurant has a good and open space

1. The property isn't a single property rather there are people who have leased a number of rooms or entire apartments and given them to somebody to manage. So your entire experience get screwed up because you're constantly having to deal with multiple people. 2. The restaurant is managed by somebody else and between the property and the restaurant there is no coordination. Again, you are trying to make the most of it. 3. The parking space right under the apartments is actually blocked for tenants. As a traveller you're supposed to park in the car park area which is below a very steep hill. Every time you need to get your car out you need to decide that hell and if you have elderly or disabled people in your family then you need to make a round trip. 4. The staff is non cooperative and most of the time there is confusion whether the building or the restaurant will handle certain queries. 5. The cleaning and the linen was absolutely shabby. Upon complaining to the housekeeping staff they said that they are putting new sheets however the sheets have not been clean properly by the laundry. 6. I have booked several service apartments and homestays in the past, however this one is an absolutely non coordinated and pathetic service experience. Bottom line, give it a miss if you can. There are several smaller homestays and service apartments nearby which of a much better value for money.

Big rooms and scenic views from the rooms. The food and service is also pretty good. The staff are friendly and all our needs were addressed promptly.

The rooms are very cold. At this price there should be central heating not just portable heater. Giving used slippers is also very weird and packed cloth slippers should be provided.
