Amazing hotel with great services. It was a pleasent stay Enjoyed my stay a lot. Stay was a memorable. Very good location & mountain view very good service. All staff, very polite & helpful.

Food was Good, Had a very pleasant stay there. Everything from checking in process to hospitality were spot on. I really enjoyed this property's outer space, it was calm and relaxing.

"Need to improve everything from property condition to staff behaviour."

Nothing

Access to hotel is very poor and steep. No parking facility. Entrance was packed with smelly garbage bags, lots of them. Staff has a usual nag for declining every request raised by guest. Food and beverages like basic tea were not even average. If the owner/manager finds this message then kindly shut it down if there is such level of delinquent attitude towards a hospitality centre. If you wont groom it then reviews like these will follow. We paid 5K for absolutely a place just to sleep.
