Top Flat

Great location close to town and amenities. Cosy and warm .had all we needed for a weekend stay .

Good location based on where I was working. All amenities provided, clean

Bed could do with tightening up but that's all.

Very convenient and easy to access. Also quiet enough to sleep well. The kitchen was nice.

Really struggled with the bed/mattress. Just found it a bit hard.

No wifi and the property manager didn’t make any effort to fix it.

Location and had everything we needed.

After the entrance gate the path to the flat through the gates was slippery in the rain. Also the lights that came on automatically didn’t come on when coming back through the two gates making it hard to see the steps. Good communication to get in but no reply when informed the WiFi didn’t work.

Dont think shower cubicle had been cleaned - wet bath mat picked up dirt from floor - windows filthy - rug in sitting area heavily stained - 2 single mattresses instead of double bed very uncomfortable - needs complete redecoration. Very small area at top of steps to stand - awkward to turn to get keys out and stay safe.

Only point to make is there are very steep small concrete steps up to the flat.

Location is absolutely brilliant. Right in the heart of Lincoln.

Property was grubby. The throw on the sofa was smelly, kettle very grimy on the outside and dust everywhere. Splattered food up the blinds, Shower screen was absolutely dirty. Smelt very fusty and damp, overpowering. Bed was lop sided and head board was so loose and banging as you turn over.

Top location, 2 minutes from center, not big but with living room/ kitchennette, bedroom and toilet/shower.

You have to take care for the stairs when you go out, but that's a minor thing!
