Гарне місцерозташування, 2 станції метро, супермаркети і Саржин Яр поряд. До центру дуже близько. Хазяйка приємна, все відбувалось дистанційно, завчасно скинула всі дані, ми її не турбували.

Квартира хоч і з ремонтом, але брудна. Кухня і ванна кімната особливо. Вважаю, що раз на місяць можна викликати клінінг саме для цих кімнат. Також матрац не зручний, на пружинах і впирається.
