Die zentrale Lage zum Ort und zum Strand. Schmaler Eckbalkon. Maria war sehr bemüht.

Mir wurde direkt bei der Ankunft mein Ausweis abgenommen. Ich dachte es werden nur meine Daten aufgenommen, aber es stellte sich heraus, dass ich ihn erst zurückbekomme wenn ich bezahlt habe. Trotz Buchungsbestätigung per Kreditkarte für mich unverständlich. Die Bezahlung ging nur in bar. Ich zahlte sofort, um meinen Ausweis zurück zubekommen. Die Quittung dafür erhielt ich erst bei der Abreise. Die Kommunikation mit Maria vor Ort war schwierig, da sie kein Englisch spricht. Das Zimmer war nicht wirklich sauber. Viele Kalkflecken im Bad und teilweise dreckiges Geschirr. Die Klimaanlage war extrem laut (ratternd), kühlte nur insuffizient und war mit Klebeband repariert. Der Kühlschrank war ebenfalls nicht sauber und kühlte nicht zufriedenstellend. Es gab nicht einmal die Möglichkeit die Kühltemperatur einzustellen. Das WLAN war langsam und brach oft ab. Die Nutzung von Streamingdiensten war daher kaum möglich. Sehr hartes Bett mit älterer Matratze. Für ein Apartment sehr klein.

Perfect location, you can relax to the rhythmic sound of the waves, very peaceful spot, only people passing en-route to the square usually in the evenings. The courtyard terrace offers good shade in the day & great for star gazing at night as there is ittle light pollution. It is set apart from the more populated tourist area which is 2 or 300 metres further down the bay.

Ottima posizione, peccato per quell'albero nella zona antistante la stanza perché spezzava l'altrimenti meravigliosa vista mare. Gentilissima la signora Maria sempre presente.

La stanza è per non più di due persone. Il letto a castello, che avrebbe aggiunto due posti letto, per un totale di 4 in 26 metri quadri, non permetteva un'ottimale gestione dello spazio.

Location superb, facilities ok, very clean. Host very friendly and welcoming. Easy access to local amenities etc

The air-conditioning didn't work as air conditioning. I reported this but it remained working only as a fan and therefore the apartment was very warm at night. It was ok during the day so long as you stay near the fan (that was supposed to be the air-conditioning) ... I think this could easily be fixed with a new unit and that would make the accommodation superb. I would definitely return if I were assured the air-conditioning worked fully as air-conditioning.

Location, welcome and character of stone building.

We stayed in family studio on ground floor. If you are tall the ceiling is around 2.2m so you may prefer 1st floor apartment.

The location is very close to the beach and also to the town centre which is really comfortable because you can have everything you need in a few meters from the apartment.

There are some things that really disappointed us and we definitely believe they can be improved. Firstly, the cleanliness was nonexistent even though the apartment’s description on booking.com says that there is daily housekeeping. Specifically, the housekeeper came only the first day out of the 4 days we stayed there. The one day that she did come, she just took out the trash and made the bed. She did not change towels neither she mopped the floor. Moreover, the water taps weren’t descaled at all from the time we arrived and the last day of our visit we found ants on the sink as you can see in the photos. Furthermore, regarding the payment methods the housekeeper does mention that she accepts only cash but when we wanted to pay in cash for our stay, she wanted to charge us €6 additionally because of a local tax that it should already be included in the price. Finally, the facilities are kind of old including the air-condition unit which is installed in a bad position facing the top of the bed and also makes a lot of noise, both of which did not let us sleep at night.
