La localización

Las fotos no corresponde con el del apartamento. Los aires acondicinados son muy viejos, y no enfrían correctamente. Las duchas son viejas y no están bien mantenidas( los grifos están estropeados). Los sofás son viejos y están en las últimas. Nos pusieron para 3 días 2 rollos de papel, y solo en un baño ( se ve q el otro no lo necesitaba. Humedades en las habitación que pega al baño. Las camas estan en un estado lamentable ( somier roto y colchones muy usados). Nos hemos encontrado varios desperfectos ( espejo del baño roto, lampara rota,..) En la comunidad, uno de los ascensores se queda atrancado independientemente de las personas que se suban.

Granada precioso

El trato con el anfitrión muy malo.Tardan en responder o directamente ni lo hacen,muy mala gestión por su parte. El apartamento muy antiguo y se nota sin mantenimiento.

"Excellent for a big group"

The apartment is nice and big, and fitted our group of five nicely, but may be a bit tight if you max out the bed count (7). The area was just perfect for us. It sits on the border of historic Granada and the hipster bar section part of town so you will not find food and drink options in the locale to be wanting. We watched ElClasico in a sports bar on Halloween night and the whole neighbourhood was buzzing.

The apartment is very nice, but it is completely bare. It is located in a classic Spanish apartment block so it is richly built, with real marble columns and ornate lamps and mirrors, but bizarrely, there is hardly anything else in it. Even in the bedrooms, expensive stone floors are furnished with rackety folding beds and Ikea clothes hangers instead of wardrobes. The kitchen hasn't got much beyond the very basic utensils. However, the apartment served its purpose and we did have a nice stay.
