Lage, Garten und Aussicht top, 1-Zimmerstudio ein Flop!

Irreführende Angaben zur Grösse des Studios. Grösse Schlafzimmer 12qm, kleine Küche mit Eingang 3qm und „Badezimmer inkl. Dusche“ 2qm Zu den angegebenen 40qm wird wohl noch der Aussensitzplatz grosszügig mitgerechnet. Warmwasserboiler mit 60 l reicht kaum zum Duschen und Einfachverglasung sämtlicher Fenster führt trotz mehrfach lüften zu täglichem Kondenswasser an den Scheiben. Dieses Studio hat wahrscheinlich ein bauphysikalisches Feuchtigkeitsproblem…nur Pinselstrich reicht wohl nicht.

We liked everything, the location, the accommodation & the hosts. The view from the property was superb and the accommodation had everything one needed for a very comfortable stay. The hosts, Dudy & Alex, are very friendly and know what guests appreciate.

Der Vermieter war sehr nett und herzlich. Wir konnten direkt am Haus parken. Das Zimmer hat einen traumhaften Blick auf den See, mit Gartenn, Stühlen etc. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Bad ist wirklich sehr klein, aber modern.

Vue incroyable sur le lac Majeur, endroit très paisible, sans vis à vis, espace très propre, garage privé, et accès au jardin

Manque d'espace pour les repas à l'intérieur car la surface de l'appartement est petite.
