Roth´s Apartment

Probably the best apartment in Kosice. Beautiful, stylish, with history and soul and everything you need. Host provides bathrobes, home shoes and even make up remover in the bathroom (have never seen same here in Kosice, even in apartments which cost double price from this one, thats sign or real care of guests). Also bunch of coffee and tea (same, you cant see its in every apartments in Kosice). Perfect location in the city center. And if you are lazy to go out you can just play pool and enjoy huge bath and relax. You feel like home and dont want to leave.

If you are sensitive to noise, then perhaps the sound of the boiler running will not let you sleep. I woke up many times late in the evening and early in the morning, since neighbors in the building use the same boiler. Its not a constant noise but its loud and annoying. If the door to the restroom is closed, it helps, but not much

Very nicely made apartment in the old building! Great in terms of redesign of an old furniture. Rich wine bar, free coffee.

A bit noisy floors, not soundproof from the street- we came during the days of some bike competition.

Not enough hot water for 2 people

Fun to have a pool table in the room!

Mattress and synthetic blankets were below what you could expect at this price. Also there is not enough hot water in the tank to fill the bathtub in one go. You have to take breaks filling it.

The best apartment we ever booked – the host is amazing and attentive, everything is the apartment is well though out, it was clean and there was everything we needed (and even more than we thought there would be – like all the extras to get some bath imagining being some aristocrat). The bed was fantastic! It is as well great that the apartment is dog friendly! It was so sweet to see the water bowl ready for our dogs when we came there:) The best part of this apartment is its location and that it has a story, it's not just a usual apartment but with some historical background. Would recommend booking it and if we come to Košice again, we will definitely stay here again! Thanks for the experience! 😊
