"Nice stay in Kozino"

The apartment was amazing right in front of the sea, clean and fully equipped. Just the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea. Kozino is a nice little village.

"Nice apartment, beautiful garden, very quiet atmosphere!"

Very clean, three bathrooms, modern furniture, nice garden, climate in each room.

Had to wait for the keys (after 12 hrs road-trip), sofa at living room dirty, roof cover at pool could be not opened (!), pool was not heated (very cold water in the morning).

We loved the apartment (4 adults, 2 children): it is spacious, decorated with very good taste, everything looks like new, there are two bedrooms and an independent toilette, the kitchen has all the appliances (dishwasher, oven, capsule coffee machine, etc.), washing machine, good quality wifi, AC in each room, the host Mate was very helpful and available any time for any questions/ requests. There is a great terrace with a beautiful view and chairs, a sun terrace on the rooftop. It is close to Zadar and in a quiet location directly on the beach. parking is in front of the 3 story building. The beach is steps away and the water is just so clean and beautiful.

some things for cooking were missing- but no big deal and we informed the host; we thought that the pool was available for all guests but that was a misunderstanding on our side (it is only for the ground floor apartment), in the sea there are sea urchins so bring your swimming shoes-however, in front of the house there is a small pebble beach where you can walk barefoot or use the stairs/ jump into the sea. The guests from the ground floor played loud music even after 10pm one night but we informed the host Mate and he contacted them. The 2nd night was very quiet.
