Great location, very clean. Flat in very good condition

The apartment was lovely, the host Katarzyna was really welcoming, she baked us a cake on our arrival, left us a bottle of wine, sweets, plenty of choice for hot drinks, everything was as described, clean, the bed was comfy, cooking facilities very good. She even let us store out suitcases whilst we enjoyed Krakow on the last day which was very useful, she provided transport links and information. Thank you so much, Steve and Yzel :)

Amazing place to stay. Both Kitchen and Washroom had necessary things. Even more beautiful then the pictures. Attaching original picture. 10mins walk from the city centre.

Apartment is as described and shown in photographs. Katarzyna was very easy to communicate and liaise with.

Everything that really matters is excellent: location, facilities, firm but comfy bed, great shower / bathroom, etc. Wonderfully bright / airy / solid / tastefully furnished large room perfect for one or a couple. But…

1. As stated by another reviewer, the towels are small / old / need replacing. 2. There is no English speaking TV channel…staying 1 night, that’s not a problem. Read a book instead! Staying 2, 3+ nights, having a TV you cannot watch gets frustrating. 3. Instead of a bottle of wine, a small bottle of milk would please everyone (not everyone drinks alcohol). 4. A step by step A4 simple guide to operating the coffee machine would cost nothing but save so much time/frustration (gave up trying to figure it out).

The flat is exceptionally clean, equipped with everything we needed, close to the downtown and all the main sightseeings. Host Katarzina is superkind and helpful with everything, even beyond her responsibilities and she made our stay absolutely perfect and enjoyable.
