The apartment was spotless, the beds were very comfortable and it was nice and quiet.

A pair of scissors would have been useful. But that's only a tiny criticism.

Really quiet well kept location

Key Fob wouldn’t shut and fan in bathroom wasn’t working. Also only one light working in the bathroom. Faults apparently known about but not updated to you - which would not have been an issue so would have been nice to have been informed

"A very comfortable stay in a high quality apartment."

Luigi gave us excellent instructions to find the apartment, which is in a quiet location 10 minutes walk from the centre of Melrose. The apartment felt quite luxurious and was very reasonably priced. We enjoyed our stay.

There were no toiletries as advertised, but I think this was an oversight.
