Maža, bet jauki studija, moderni, su visa reikalinga įranga. Viskas buvo švaru. Esant geram orui galima ilsėtis terasoje. Puiki vieta – iki Karališkosios pilies pėsčiomis apie 5 minutes. Automobilių stovėjimo vieta vidiniame kiemelyje.

Girdisi triukšmas nuo žmonių už buto ribų, ypač laiptinėje. Parkavimas kainuoja 60 zl per dieną.
