Rami vieta. Gerai įrengtas vonios kambarys. Puikiai veikia TV. Netoli tramvajaus stotelė. Tinka kelioms dienoms.

Virtuvė minimaliai. Balkono langų nelabai galima pilnai atidaryti, nes gali įskristi balandžiai.
