Хороше расположение - в пешей доступности от центра, рядом 2 автобусные остановки. В номере есть кухонный уголок и посуда, приятные мелочи : чай/кофе/ соль и др. Чисто, идеально в соотношении цена/качество

"Sehr lohnenswert!"

Tolle Lage, allerdings war die befahrene Straße deutlich zu hören. Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und wir durften früher ein- und später auschecken. Das hat unsere Planung des Wochenendes unglaublich erleichtert.

super Lage im Stadtzentrum, trotzdem ruhig. Gutes Bett. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter

Stühle sind für den vorhandenen Tisch zu niedrig, Schrank hat keine Fächer...

"Zentral gelegene Wohnung mit Schönheitsfehlern"

Die Lage der Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt ist perfekt für einen Städteurlaub. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und trotz der Innenstadtlage ruhig. Das Mobiliar in der Wohnung ist sehr speziell und sicherlich nicht jedermanns Sache.

Die Wohnung ist doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen; abgenutzte Teppiche, teilweise klapprige Armaturen im Bad, Duschvorhang nicht im besten Zustand, wenig Geschirr in der Küche. Mit wenigen Wartungsarbeiten könnte der Zustand leicht und ohne großen Aufwand deutlich verbessert werden. Der Treppenaufgang ist steil und eng, das ist aber der Lage in der Altstadt geschuldet.
