Um apartamento simples mas bem localizado. Nao tem uma vista bonita mas a localização é bem proxima da praia e da principal região da Ponta Verde e por conseguencia de Maceió.

Móveis e eletrodomésticos ja com o desgaste do uso e da maresia.

Apartamento com boa estrutura, muito bem localizado na Praia de Ponta Verde -Maceió, ambiente familiar e seguro, com portaria que funciona 24 horas, limpo com bons utensílios domésticos e área de lavanderia, quartos com ar condicionado e camas confortáveis, banheiros com boa estrutura.

Banheiros com boa estrutura, mas, o box é apertado para pessoas altas e mais fortes. Estacionamento no prédio, ressalto que a garagem não comporta veículo muito alto.
